lic #68292 Per the California State Archives this car belonged to RW Kuhland prior to 1914. The car is an "Oakland" , a "T" style with a 20hp gas motor.
In the 08/08/1913 issue of the Benicia Hearld it reports that:

Neil (Cornelius) Scannell born 03/31/1887 died 11/4/1918 in Marysvile, CA. He is buried in Benicia. He was a clerk in Benicia (maybe Kuhland's store). He had two brothers Raymond (born 1893) and James (1897). His mother was Mary (born 1858) and a widow in the 1910 census.
Fred Kirgan born 01/07/1889 was a machinist for iron works (1910) and then marine machinist 1920. He . He had two brothers: Eugene F born 1889 and worked at the tannery in 1910 and in WWI draft of 1917 was a telegrapher for the railroad; Frank C Jr born 1903. Their parents were Frank C and Abbie E Kirgan who lived on East "I" street in 1910.Collection
