People riding on the Benicia-Vallejo stage line. This is the same image as shown in 1993.100.0095 which identifies this as a 1915 Buick driven by Milo Passalacqua. It also says next to Milo is Kay Frame and in the third row back in a white dress is Flossie Kiley.
The building appears to be the BDES (Portuguese Hall) hall on the southside of the 100 block of West J Street
