Newspaper obituary of Former Benicia Mayor, Thomas Wright. Thomas O. Wright died August 6th of 1975. He was born 02/15/1887. He was in the Benicia City Council from 1940 to 1945. He was mayor in 1946 and 1947. He then returned as mayor in 1952 to 1956. He operated a garage in Benicia from 1913 until 1932 when he became a merchant.
