Scope and Content

An early booklet describing Benicia and it's many advantages. It discusses the business, agriculture, schools, homes, etc. in Benicia. The intent is to draw more people to move to Benicia and to attract new business. There is no date on the booklet but it talks about the Hasting's mansion being complteted which would place it arpound 1881. It also talks about a new public school building being contracted for and to be finished 09/01/1882.
