Scope and Content

This is really two pamphlets. One is to observe the 50th anniversary of the California Historical Resources Commission (1932-1982) and the other for the dedication of a plaque commemorating the Benicia Barracks, 1849-1908. This was a collaboration of the California Department of Parks and Recreation, City of Benicia, and the Benicia Historical Society. They are both for 11/4/1982.
