This is an envelope for Velvet Velox 4x5 developing paper. There were 12 sheets in this envelope but it is now empty. It also has the number 2124? stamped on the back. It also says that this paper is 500 times faster than Albumen. The front shows a date of 04/01/1906. The seal on the back says it is for use with Average Negatives.Collection
