Scope and Content

Three copies of the patent that Mr. Guibbini filed for the "combined retort and shaker and cooler". Each copy has a drawing of the invention and a printout of the recorded application for patent dated 03/16/1909. The back is stamped by patent attorney Frank S. Appleman in the Warder Building of Washington, D.C. The copies may have been needed when Mr. Guinnini was contracting with the American Patent and Promoting Company to file for a Canadian patent.
