This is a Cabinet Card of the Solano Hotel. There are four men standing outside. Two are wearing aprons and sweaters and are probably waiters or bartenders at the hotel. One older man has a cane and a crutch and a cigar in his mouth. The fourth man is wearing a coat and sweater.
Signs in the background show "Benicia Brewery Steam Beer" and "California Brewing Association - Gold Ribbon". Beer is shown as costing 5 cents.Collection
