This is a photo of a group of people in front of a hotel or barracks type building. Not sure who they are but the phographer is from Sacramento, Ca. There is part of what looks like the word "Capitol" on the building covered in part by the tree. There was a hotel in Sacramento called the Capitol Hotel. Maybe this is an early photo of that hotel.Collection
