Pin - light-weight metal; on banner across the bottom: "Deutscher Kriegerbund" from the German Warrior League, a war veteran's association in Germany established in April 1873; originally had a black, white and red woven ribbon on the back; pin was centered on the ribbon in about a 3" wide "X" shape; there are small remnants on the back of the pin; there are crossed swords and a crown on the front; 1-1/4" x 1-1/2"; lettering on the back is unreadable due to wear and scratching.Collection
