Scope and Content

Benicia State Capitol Restoration Celebration RSVP card. It was returned to Mr. Raymond E. Duvall, President of Benicia State Capitol Restoration, Inc. by Francisco V. McGettigan(?), the granddaughter of Commandante M. G. Vallejo. The card was returned (with 3 cents postage) with the notation that she would not be attending any of the celebrations because she had been ill for six month. The postmark was in San Francisco Calif. on Feb. 19, 1958 at 5PM.
