This is a divided back postcard of the launching of the "Intrepid" from Mare Island. The card has a white space around an oval shapped colored photo.. The publisher is shown as Frank J. Stumm but this is the same photo as on a black & white card number 2017.030.0112 which is shown as published by Mrs. Smith of Vallejo. That card is an undivided back card dated 1905 and probably was published first. Frank Stumm may have used her photo and created a hand colored version of that photo.
