This is a divided back postcard of the Commandants Home in Benicia Cal. It is black & white and was published by Frank J. Stumm Publisher Benicia, Cal No 19082. There is a photo on the front of the Commandants Home at the Benicia Arsenal. Written on the front is "Col. Benets house & ours is some what like it but smaller."
The back says "Old familiar scenes". The card is addressed to Miss O.L. Guscetti in Sierra County, CA. The card is postmarked 12/09/1907.
The back of the card says:
The large tree is the Pepper tree & Tommy calls them trees of smallfarms. Haven't heard from him yet but the Col. has so I know he is well. I am very much in love with Benicia & walked there & back yesterday. Fondly BelleCollection
