Two black and white photos originally in brown wood frame with gold inner edge. The Camel Barns are of the same sandstone as that of the Powder Magazine 10. The Camel Barns got ther name from stabling a herd of camels in corrals behind building 7 for two months before they were sold at auction in 1864. The last of them died in Griffith Park in Los Angeles in 1934." size": 7-1/2" x 9"
The photograph on the right has a label: "The barn on reader's right is currently in use as a factory for production of wall paper. In it, still in service, is one of the first Otis elevators."
