B/W Photograph: Thomas Wright was a City Councilman (1940-48) and Mayor of Benicia (1946-48 and 1952-56). He also operated a garage in Benicia from 1913 until 1932 and then became a merchant.
He was a leading figure in the development of Benicia's municipal swimming pool.
His obituary, dated Friday, August 15, 1975 is attached to the back of the cardstock.Collection
