B/W photograph of students standing and sitting by the side of Sulphur Springs School.
Is part of a set of four B/W prints of Sulphur Springs (Sky Valley) School, some students and adults, circa 1900. The prints are mounted on an 11"x12-1/4" matte board.
Built in the 1870s, it served until 1933 when the students were transferred to Benicia (see article in May 1992 "Solano Historian").
These photos were from the collection of Viera Parker who taught at the "Springs School". Miss Parker in her notes identified the horse as "Monty".Collection
