B/W aerial photo, envelope identified as "Neil Brown Factory"; shows shoreline along lower First Street from about B street to D Street; focus is on the building which in the early 2000's houses the Tannery Complex of shops and eateries; also among the buildings shown are The Alamo Rooms/Gallery (later Captain Blythers), Antique shop in old house (later demolished), Garske's Boatyard, auto-dismantling yards, residential buildings; open areas where the mobile home park, condominiums and the Marina were built. East side of Benicia appears at top of photo. The negative was cropped to focus on the factory building, cutting out a more extensive view of the city.
