B/W aerial photo, envelope identified as "Neil Brown Factory"; shows shoreline along lower First Street from about B street to D Street; focus is on the building which in the early 2000's houses the Tannery Complex of shops and eateries; also among the buildings shown are The Alamo Rooms/Gallery (later Captain Blythers), Antique shop in old house (later demolished), Garske's Boatyard, auto-dismantling yards, residential buildings; open areas where the mobile home park, condominiums and the Marina were built. East side of Benicia appears at top of photo.
