B/W photograph taken at Benicia Arsenal in February 1955. The photograph appeared on page one of the Benicia Herald on February 10, 1955. The caption reads: "Thirteen Benicia District Boy Scouts observed National Boy Scout Week by becoming operators for a day of key positions at Benicia Arsenal. Here they are shown with their arsenal counterparts. Scouts (left to right) are Rudy Mesenzzi, Milford Hodges, Frank Driscoll, Thomas Wells, John Johnson, Bob Mello, James Dunham, Gordon McGuirk, Charles Wood, Walter Woodard, Jr., Warland Ray, Pat Williams, and Glenn Petty. Arsenal chiefs are (left to right) Henry White, Jr., Lt. Col. D.E. Livensparger, Col. Francis G. Hall, commanding officer, Thomas Wann, Lt. Col. George R. Zohrlaut, James Brown, George C.
