Photo of Port Costa baseball team. Player thrd from lef bottom row is Willam McClain. On his left is another Benicia H.S. player from the 1912/1914 yearbook.
Photo shown in the book "Port Costa by John V Robinson is the same one we have and it doesn't identify any of the players. Says circa 1915 and that games were played at the field next to the Port Costa grammar school. This is consistent with the photographer stamp on the back "Stephen Smaker - Crockett, Ca".
The field is next to a large concrete building. There was a grandstand there that may be in some other Molfino photos.Collection
