Framed set of four photographs of Ralph Rohrbaugh.
His connection is unknown. We are not sure if he worked or lived in Benicia. He could have worked at the Yuba but we don't know for sure. He was not listed in any of the Benicia Arsenal directories in the 1950's and 60's.
