B/W Photograph of a photograph/album page: Robert Baylor Semple, one of the founders of Benicia in 1847. Dr. Semple was also the president of the Constitutional Convention in Monterey in 1849. Died in 1856 after falling from his horse on his ranch in Colusa County. (a reprint from what appears to be an original negative.)Collection
