B/W Photograph of recently graduated senior girls from various high schools in Solano County in June of 1962. They had been chosen at their respective high schools as "Theme Girls" for the chance to be chosen as "The Official Hostess " of the Solano County Fair scheduled to take place from June 20 to June 30, 1962. They are holding out hats [significance unknown] in front of one of the gates to the Solao County Fair Grounds.
The three girls from Benicia High School were Virginia Spoon (second from left), Carol Tanner (fourth from left) and Georgia Graham (third from right). At this time the other girls are unidentified.Collection
