B/W Photograph - aerial view of a fire along the shore line at the end of First Street, Benicia; On front: SF273-3/26 Benicia, Calif.: Flames, fed by fish oil within the buildngs, destroyed thie two-block long wooden fish cannery here causing an estimated $300,000 loss. Fireboats had to wait for rising tide to battle the blaze with salt water.
