B/W Photograph - Parade on First Street; a "flost" carrying Boy Scouts and following a group of marching Scouts takes part in the parade. That day the State Theater was showing the movie, "The Dark Mirror", which was released in 1946. So, it is likely this parade took place in 1948 during the Old Timers' Celebration; 2-3/4" x 4-5/8"
