B/W photograph of Powder Magazine 10 with a label: "Built of sandstone hewn from the surrounding hills the powder magazine is one of California's finest example of the stone-cutter's art. Mostly craftsmen from Ireland and USA were hired by the arsenal especially for the construction of this and other sandstone buildings which became the arsenal's first permenant structures. The walls are four-foot thick solid stone." Originally framed in brown wood under glass.Collection
