Color Photograph: 125 East E Street, Benicia CA Parcel No: 89-371-6 Block 13 The style of this residence is Paramental with horizontal ship lap siding. It was constructed in the late 1860's or early 1970's. This is one of two houses on one lot with separate addresses. The photograph dates from 1986. Note: The person collecting the information on this property, Peggy Martin, left notes from a phone conversation with Olivia O'Grady, the property owner at the time, regarding the property: "Mrs. O'Grady concured with the late 1860's - 70's construction dates for 125 and 129 East E Street."
