This is a newspaper photo of a Benicia teacher (Violet Molfino Wilson) handing an award to student, Stephanie Lopes. Not sure of the occasion but it could be the presentation of the D.A.R. Citizenship Award for the Class of 1961. The photo has been cut to fit the newspaper and on the back it says "2 Col Frame".
