These are photos of the Benicia Arsenal at the time of WWII. They are copies of official Army photographs with the Benicia Arsenal number and date on most of them. This one shows the base from the water as a ship coming in would see it. The buildings in the middle are the old machine, carpenter and blacksmith shops (bldgs 55-57).Collection
