From Left: Mrs. George Lawrence of Vallejo in period costume that might well have graced the wife of a Senator of the 1850's, Governor's Ball Chairman Frank Passalacqua, Celebrations vice-chairman Arthur C. Arneson, dressed in the costume of a Spanish delegate of mid 19th century. On the Right: Junior Hostess Norma Sharon, also in period costume. The photo was taken in the Assembly chamber of the Old State Capitol Building in preparation for the dedication March 14 + 15, 1958.
