This black and white photograph appears to be a photo that was used in the newspaper. There is nothing on the back to indicate who the people are in the photo. It shows a group of young women in a hall. This could be a pageant for the Rainbow girls or selection of a queen for some parade. This is definitely a group of young women at a Grand Meeting of the Rainbow Girls. The woman at the front is Pat Garvin of Benicia, who held an Office/Chair at the "Grand" level in 1961 or 62.Collection
