This is a photograph of a building complex at the Benicia Arsenal. It is by the water and the Martinez oil tanks and loading area can be seen in the distance.
The cars look to be from about 1956. The building on the left has the number 47 next to the door. This could be a replacement for the old brick building number 47. The sign under the number says Civilian Personnel Office.
Building documents show a #47 building as "Annex to headquarters building" about 1941.Collection
