This is a photograph of Benicia fire department dated 1882 and in front of the fire department when it was an extension to the State Capitol. The firemen are lined up in front with flags on their helmets. There is a date written on the top of 09/11/1926. There is also an inscription of "To Benicia Fire Department". The date 09/11/1926 may be the date this copy was given to the Benicia Fire Department. There is something written on the bottom but it isn't readable.Collection
