These are a group of photos that were in an old frame and mounted on velvet in an office at Benicia City Hall. Their origin is unknown and their connection to persons living in Benicia likewise has been lost. We are adding them to Past Perfect in hopes that they may be recognized by current Benicia residents and we may be able to find out more about the individuals in the photos.
