Known as the Fry House. It was built by him and he lived there with his family for many years. At the time of the survey the house was owned by Joseph and Julie Hartman.
Residence was built in 1914-15. The chimney appears older because of the special brick that expanded oddly when heat first went up the flue.
It's style if that of a craftsman Bungalow with oriental influences. There are no major alterations except for new shingles and recently added metal corners. The sleeping porches are intact. There was a barn on the property which was destroyed.Collection
