This Craftsman Bungalow is rectangular in plan with a moderately hipped roof. Rafters are exposed and a hip roofed dormer pierces the front room slope. The dormer also has exposed rafters and a narrow horizontal multi-light window. On the east side of the house there is a cut-in porch covered by a projecting front gable porch roof. The porch gable exhibits a decoratively finished fascia, exposed purlins and a centrally placed multi-light window. The porch roof is supported on battered posts and the porch is surrounded by a closed rail. The entry is accessed via a wooden stair with stepped balustrades. Windows are predominately double hung, with the front window consisting of a double hung center panel with sidelights. The raised foundation has had windows added. The house is clad with novelty siding. It was constructed in 1920.Collection
