Scope and Content

Color Photograph 229 West G Street Benicia CA Parcel Number: 89-111-15 (Block 21, Lot 11) The owners at the time of this study bought the house in 1938 from Mr. Gus Springer. They understood that the house was about 100 years old. If so, it would have been built in the 1880's. The house was totally modernized mostly by the current owner. The house originally had four chimneys, only one of which still remained.
