Benicia Arsenal's Technical service Unit 9307, comprised entirely of college graduates, received a new member this week with the arrival of Pvt. Edwin J. Stofel, assigned to the arsenal xxx following basic training at Fort Ord. Pvt Stofel received his master degree in mechanical engineering last June from California Institute of Technology after which he went immediately into the service.
