Scope and Content

Program for the Presentation Ceremony of the Treasury "T" Flag Award to the personnel of the Benicia Arsenal, Benicia, California 1630 (4:30p.m.) 14 September, 1943. The award had something to do with war bond sales. The presentation was made through the War Bond Officer, War Bond Co-Ordinator and War Bond Salesmen Supervisors. There was a long list of Minute Men (and women) who I believe helped to actually sell the war bonds.
