Scope and Content

This is a program to welcome home men from World War I who were members of the Redmen Society of Benicia. It was held in the I.D.E.S. Hall in Benicia on 10/25/1919. Besides giving the menu, it lists the names of those being honored. Two names are marked with a star; James Pometta and Arthur Rood. James Pometta died 10/24/1918 so was probably a casualty of WWI. The star probably signifies someone who died in the war.
