Scope and Content

This is the program for the July 4th , 1917 Celebration in Benicia. It may be an insert in the Benicia Herald. There are many advertisements as well as a list of praticipants, times for the events, names of groups marching in the parade. They also had prizes for the best decorated buildings along the paradr route, prayers and readings in front of the State Capitol, sports events, and a free dance.
