This was a form from the California State Board of Health that was used to gather data for the "Children's Year for california". This was just one area that they were studying having to do with children's health and mortality rates. The results of the study are in the August, 1920 monthly bulletien of the California State Board of Health. The study did not breakout the results by race. That must have been something that the Benicia School district decided to add.Collection
