Stephen Vincent Benet, Chief of Ordnance 1874-1891. 3 Bronze plaque designating Benicia a California State Landmark, No 176. 4 Topographical map dated 1868. 5 Collection of photos of CO's of Benicia Arsenal. 6 Key to original building at Benicia (Bldg. # 29) cornerstone laid 1849. 7 Collection of photographs of Benicia Arsenal and Barracks. 8 Collection of early photographic plates (glass) made in 1906. 9 Bell hanging on wooden support between buildings 7 and 8. It is marked "A. Meneely, West Troy, N.Y. 1841".
