Miner's pocket scale in oval case with one weight; two brass plates hanging from bar with dark string, handle in center of bar; 5-1/2" long when hanging; bar is 5" long x 1/8" wide oval case is 5-3/8" long x 2-3/8" wide x 5/8" deep; hinged lid and push button closure weight is 5/8" in diameter, it is stamped with a crown, and the numbers 5 and 8
