Loose page from a scrapbook album. This album contains newspaper articles and photos having to do with baseball teams and people involved with the teams. They date from early 1900's to 1910 or so.
This page has a photo of the Grass Valley team from 1907/1908. a newspaper photo of someone from the 1908 Salinas team, a drawing and the note "Out of game on account of breaking back of right". The other side of page has 4 articles from April 1909. One is about team Cr0lona" the others are about Crockett teams.
The photos that were glued into the scrapbook have been removed to protect them from the acid in the scrapbook pages. The photos are accessioned in the Photo catalogg under the same number as the page but with a letter after the number.Collection
