There is a picture of the Benicia State Capitol Building with the words: 'California State Capitol, 1853-1854 / Build in 1852 - Benicia, California / Historical Registered Landmark No. 153" There are four small "feet" on the underside and a maker's mark that appears to be "# 1-A" and "KME"
