Souvenir spoon from Myrtle Mann collection. This spoon has the words "Sumner No 11" on the handle. The spoon shows the Ca State Capitol and the words "State Capitol" "Sacramento Cal".
The back has initials "WRC". There is the word "sterling" and "Copyright" along with some symbols of metal purity. Looks like 925/1000.
