Souvenir spoon from Myrtle Mann collection. This spoon has a mission on the handle and the words "Mission Santa Ines" and "Solvang Calif".The spoon shows Spanish Soldiers embossed.
The back says "Holland" followed by something. May be another word in very ornate script or a symbol.
