This is a Perfescope stereoviewer with a patent of 06/03/1902. It has a metal eyepiece and a metal arm. The hand hold and card holder are made of wood. It says it was sold by James M. Davis Agent of 21 Washington Pl. New York, U.S.A.. There is a medallion on top of the viewer inscrbed Exposition * Universelle * Internationale * 1900. It also shows that the viewer was made by the H.C. White Co.

•Lens Housing Is Decoratively Etched With Floral & Leaf Designs - There Is A Small Circular Emblem In The Center Which Shows An Angel With Lyre Flying Over A Building - There Is Another Figure Above Her, Which Is Holding A Torch - Emblem Says, "Exposition Universelle Internationale 1900 H. C. White & Co."
