This is a ticket to ride the Martinez - Benicia ferry from the Southern Pacific Company. It is date stamped on the back as October 14, 19??. The punches have destroyed the year.
The SP Railroad bought out the Central Pacific in 1928 and by 1930 the ferry service was discontinued because of the bridge.Collection
