This is a ticket for a drawing on Saturday, October 13th, 1900. The drawing is called the Original Little Louisiana of San Francisco. The ticket says "this ticket entitles holder the part share eighth of such prize as may be drawn by the corresponding number of the $2.00 coupon of the above named drawing". The ticket cost 5 cents.
